WINKLER, MB: Homeowners and business owners who want to replace their siding or roofing – or are looking to build a new building – can now get a real look at the available options, and how those options might look on their building.
IroSteel, a company that manufactures metal roofing and siding products in Manitoba, has opened its showroom and office to the public to provide that opportunity. In the showroom, customers can view all of the different colour options available. They can view various textures and different styles of roofing and siding to help find the right option for their needs. Customers can also feel the roofing and siding to get a better idea of its thickness and durability.
“Our siding and roofing products can last 50 to 100 years, but those numbers don’t matter to our clients if what we manufacture doesn’t meet their aesthetic needs,” explained Jon Peters, the owner of IroSteel. “Our showroom provides us with an opportunity to teach customers about the wide variety of colours, textures, and styles we have available. These aren’t the metal roofing and siding products from 20 years ago that could look too industrial for some people; these are products that are designed to last long and look incredible.”
Alongside its showroom, IroSteel offers a gallery online, as well as a colour catalogue. Customers who are interested in IroSteel’s products can view what it offers online before ordering or before visiting the showroom. IroSteel offers a variety of different products, ranging from interlocking panels and standing seam panels to metal flashing and trim for a variety of different projects.
IroSteel manufactures all of its products in-house, using North American Galvalume steel. It provides its clients with metal roofing, siding, trim, and flashing, as well as supplementary products like DelPro Interlocking PVC Panels. It aims to source absolutely everything it can from Canadian and North American producers. All of its finished products are made in Canada, with the vast majority of those products being manufactured at its facility in Winkler.
